This seminar is for instructors who wish to teach online in Fall 2008 or later. This is a self-paced, semester long workshop taught online, in which you will (1) learn what it takes to teach an online course at LBCC; and (2) design and develop an online version of your face-to-face course. There is one introductory meeting on-campus (see info below)
Notice:
prior to enrolling in this workshop, please discuss your interest in teaching online with your Department Chair and obtain information regarding the departmental strategic DL courses offering plan, including the specific course(s) that your department would like you to develop. During the workshop, you will develop the actual course assigned to you by your Department Chair. Small development stipends are available; funds are limited.

Module 8 - Managing your course environment
