This past Wednesday, March 26, LBCC conducted a joint training exercise with the Long Beach Police and Long Beach Fire Department to practice and evaluate plans for responding to an active shooter on campus. This training was confined to Building F at the Liberal Arts Campus.

Police vehicles and uniformed officers were on campus operating as part of this exercise and student volunteers were involved to help make it as realistic as possible.
