Revised C# Account Forms Attached - Please Resubmit
The revised C# Account forms for 2008-2009 are now available in the LBCC intranet "College Forms" website and is also attached. These forms are to be completed and submitted only by those individuals who have been authorized to do so by the department Administrators. The C account form will need to be processed and updated in order to use the services in the bookstore or the duplicating center starting July 1, 2008.
