Find your voice, your space, yourself

Are you interested in holding on to your voice and stay true to yourself? Do you want to enhance your judgment and critical-thinking skills for wise and healthy choices? Do you want to counter trends towards self-doubt, and improve self-esteem?

This group facilitates a place to explore and process issues including but not limited to:

·       self-esteem

·       body image

·       women issues

·       social pressures

·       relationships 

·       risky behaviors

Each group offers a safe atmosphere where women learn how to develop strength, courage, confidence, honesty, and communication skills.

**There is no cost for joining this group**
