Child Development Centers Holding Annual Marie Callendars Pie Sale
The Child Development Centers are holding their annual Marie Callendars Pie Sale starting Monday, November 2, 2009.  The sale runs through Tuesday, November 17th.  Ordered pies will be available for pick-up at the center from which the order is placed on Wednesday, November 25th; between the hours of 11am – 3pm (just in time for Thanksgiving the next day)!

Revised California State Tax Withholding Chart
The State of California, as part of the recent budgeting process, enacted assembly bill ABX4 17.  This legislation provides for a 10% increase in the tax bracket rates on the state payroll tax withholding chart for all wages paid on or after November 1, 2009.  A copy of the new payroll tax withholding chart is attached.  The new chart also provides for an increase in the amount for the claiming of each dependent allowance, from $99 to $108.90...
